Church of Today was founded in the summer of 1954 in a storefront building in downtown Pea Ridge, AR. The humble congregation of 17 began with one purpose in mind - we want to show people the love of Jesus. Within two years a sancturay had been erected on Highway 94 in Pea Ridge and the congregation had a place of their own to meet as they continued on their journey of loving people wtih the love of Christ. In 1995 the church built another sanctuary as they began to experience record growth while expanding its outreaches and ministries to the community.

In December 2006 Church of Today moved from Pea Ridge to Rogers, AR so that once again the ministry of the church could be expanded to show the love of Jesus to those who were hurting and broken. Under the leadership of Apostles Biran and Jennifer Tidwell, the church has multipled its ministries and outreaches to continually serve the people of Northwest Arkansas.

Today, Church of Today has been blessed by God as a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, high-energy congregation that continues to grow. Souls are being saved, lives are being transformed, relationships are being restored and life purpose is being fulfilled - all on a weekly basis. Church of Today is a voice of hope that says to the world around them ... God can heal your past, He can build your future and He can do it all, starting today.
